Whiskey is a beautiful and very well bred Section B Welsh
Pony colt with a very bright future ahead of him. He is a
lovely mover with excellent conformation and a very laid
back temperament, like that of his sire and dam. He has the
prettiest face with a very short head and extreme width
between HUGE eyes, set on a very long well shaped neck. He
has excellent depth and substance as well as good bone.
Sweet and friendly. He is a lovely colt in every way and
will do well in the halter and performance arenas. He looks
to mature 13+ hands.

*Holyoake
Copper-Field. Copper is a full brother to our
extremely successful show mare,
*Holyoake Anastasia, who is
a Legion of Merit Recipient and the dam of two multi
Champion foals, Clanfair All About Me and Clanfair
Signature. Copper is that rare combination of size (13.2
hands) and SUPER breed type. He has a tiny, chiseled head
with width between beautiful eyes, an extremely long and
well shaped neck, good back length, strong hip and excellent
bone. Copper also has an incredibly kind disposition. Shown
just a bit as a 2 year old, he was Overall Youngstock
Champion at his first Gold rated show. He will make his
performance debut in the Welsh show ring in 2010, in the
capable hands of his new owner, Kim Boyd of Sterling Creek
Welsh. Copper is a full sibling not just to our Anastasia,
but also to a number of other UK medal winners. He is the
result of an extremely successful and proven cross.
DAM:
Whiskey's dam,
*Waxwing Garland, was the first female that we
imported from Scotland, and is by the great Royal Welsh
Champion Eyarth Beau Geste. Beau is indeed one of the most
beautiful ponies we've ever seen, but also a tremendous
producer of Royal Welsh Champion after Royal Welsh Champion,
and his offspring includes our own *Wedderlie Mardi Gras.
Garland's dam is herself an outstanding mare, and is by the
noted stallion *Downland Rembrandt, who is now in the USA.
Garland was successful in the show ring for us as a
yearling, winning a number of Jr. Championships. She is a
gorgeous mare with huge doe eyes, a beautiful neck, lots of
body and a good mover. She also has a really wonderful,
kind, laid back temperament.
