Clanfair American Hero

By Royal Welsh Champion and US National Champion (High Score Winner), *Wedderlie Mardi Gras,
and the first foal of our much loved mare, many time Champion (halter & performance), *Holyoake Anastasia.
Hero is the result of our very first cross of our imported ponies.
We are thrilled!

We are so excited about this colt!!! He has lovely angles, a super long neck, beautiful head -- and as icing on the cake,
he is palomino with a blaze and four white socks!!!

This colt's sire and dam are two of our all time favorite ponies.
In 2004 we showed his dam, Annie, as a 3 year old, to many championships under saddle, in pleasure and carriage driving as well as leadline, and she even won a WPCSA regional award for trail!
She is quite an exceptional pony!!!
Mardi Gras is THE most spectacular pony we've seen to date.... and this colt is a carbon copy of him. We are very eager to see him as he grows up and develops into the pony we know he will be. Mardi has such a kind and trainable disposition, as does Annie, and the pedigree combines some of the all time greatest ponies, so how could we miss?!
